It’s been a busy time of it here. Last week I tried to fight through a three-day headache, thereafter all went well. This weekend was a bit worn out, but re-energised with going out yesterday.

Thursday 16th January 2014 was my 35th birthday - thanks everyone for your kind wishes sent. Anyhoo, Caroline Mathieson ended up working at home, after signal problems at WGC for local trains heading in both directions. The morning wasn't too bad but just had a rest for an hour or two, not sleeping just relaxing. It was officially a day off for me ( Read more... )

As I write this, Caroline remains off work, and will be for a fortnight or so, allowing meds to work. I’m concerned, but she asked me to continue with what I wanted to do, getting out etc. rather than staying in that week - and what wonderful weather we had!

Yesterday’s day out was a quick trip into London to pick up a set of PSV Circle G-List fleet books from their office/warehouse (Leroy House, Essex Road, Islington), before going into LLGS for training on their new webchat facility - keep watching their website for more on the latter, but it does take what we do to a new level!
